After years of suffering with back pain due to a bad disc and neck problems I had given up on traditional pillows.
This pillow has eliminated a good 80% of my neck and back pain while sleeping and I am finally able to sleep through the night without pain waking me up.
My only word of warning, take a few days to really dial in the water level for the correct amount of support. The small amount of effort will really pay off in the long run. 95oz of water was the right number for me! buy from here…
