Aleve All Day Strong Pain Reliever and Fever Reducer (150 Caplets)
March 24, 2008
It’s hard to believe that Aleve only arrived on the scene as recently as 1994. One reason it already seems like an old favorite is that it was tried and true before it became a household name. The effective and fast-acting pain reliever and fever reducer is based on Anaprox, the active ingredient in a top-selling prescription arthritis medicine. Caplets make this medicine especially easy to swallow.
All Day Strong
Naproxen Sodium 220mg - Pain reliever/fever reducer.
150 Caplets ~ Capsule Shaped Tablets.
Each Caplet contains: Sodium 20mg.
Customer Review: Caution
Aleve can cause severe allergic reactions. My husband took it for pain in his knees and it worked great….then he developed a severe rash, hives, itching. First was diagnosed as contact dermatitis. He had stopped taking all medicines except his Blood Pressure meds. He started back on the Aleve as his pain in his knees came back and then he got an even more sever reaction. Severe hives, rash, etc. Use Aleve with Caution.
Customer Review: Works reasonably well…and it’s still FDA approved
I’ve been on Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex…one by one, my meds have been taken off the market. I have arthritis that has been aggravated by injuries and general stupidity (i.e.lifting things too heavy for me [by myself] when I was younger, repeatedly; like I said, stupid), and I need something to just take the edge off the pain in my neck and back so I can function. A couple of these help do that. Now if I could just wean myself off the Excedrin I take for headaches… buy from here…
